Barnes County offers inmate video visitation through Reliance Telephone

All visitors must call ahead to register their information for approval.

Video visitation kiosks are located in the main lobby of the Barnes County Correctional Center. These kiosks are free to use and there are no charges to either the visitor or the inmate. The jail has three kiosks that are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Cellphone usage during visitation is strictly prohibited. If you need assistance, please contact the jail. Children must be properly supervised in the visitation area.

Tuesday: 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Wednesday: 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Thursday: 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Sunday: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

* no visitations on holidays

Money can be deposited into an inmate's account online by going to Inmate Canteen
or by using the kiosk located in the lobby of the Correctional Center.

Be advised that visits are subject to recording and review at all times. In addition, all visitations are monitored for safety and security concerns and for appropriate content. Any individual found abusing this privilege can be denied future access to the system. Abuse can be defined as, but not limited to, improper or malicious use of equipment, nudity or excessive profanity, and any illegal activity.
